WakaAi Solutions Inc. operates the Visa Refusal Analyzer service at visarefusalanalyzer.com. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for licensed immigration professionals using the Service.

Payment and Delivery

When you submit a payment, your client's uploaded documents are immediately processed by our AI analysis engine. The analysis report is typically generated within 5-10 minutes and is made available for immediate viewing and download as a PDF.

Refund Terms

All sales are final once a draft analysis report has been generated and made available to you. Because the Service delivers a digital draft report that is generated immediately upon payment, refunds are not available after the report has been delivered.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you disagree with the draft analysis, decide not to pursue the recommended course of action, reach a different professional conclusion after review, or find that your client's immigration situation has changed after receiving the report.

Exceptions

We will provide a full refund or a replacement analysis at no additional cost (at our discretion) in the following circumstances:

- Technical failure: the Service failed to generate a draft report due to a system error on our end

- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same analysis

- Payment processed but no report delivered: your payment was confirmed but the draft analysis was not generated or made available to you

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the exceptions above, contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@visarefusalanalyzer.com. Include your full name, email address used for payment, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@visarefusalanalyzer.com before initiating a chargeback.
